Can sleep at least 8, with an extra set of bunk beds in the "laundry" room,

and a pull out couch bed as well as the 2 big bedrooms. Fully furnished.

It features as very large kitchen with a bar and lots of counter space. 

Large outside porch with chairs and a BBQ pit, and the yard is nicely shaded. 

Small pets are permitted only for monthly WINTER Rentals with a $250 pet deposit.

No pets permitted in summer months!

NO SMOKING inside the home.

Only weekly and 3 day minimum rates are available for the summer. $850.00 per week, $150.00 per day.

$500 refundable security deposit is required. 

HOTEL/MOTEL Tax may be applied as well as a 5% credit card fee.
